Order Acceptance
Once our customer service department has received an order, the order will be processed unless otherwise notified by e-mail or telephone call.

Pricing Discrepancies
Due to periodic changes in price from our manufacturers and distributors, we cannot guarantee a flat price structure. Occasional price changes are required. In certain instances typographical errors may occur and Our Place Tuxedo & Uniform Company cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies.

Shipping Policy
Most orders will be shipped within three days. In some instances inventory must be managed properly so orders placed may take up to 2 weeks from the time of ordering to be shipped.

Backordered Items
Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform the customer the product is "out of stock." Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. In the instance where an item becomes back ordered after the order has been placed, a customer service representative will notify you. Customers will be notified by e-mail.

Return Policy
Returns on Internet items can be made only within 30 days of Invoice for exchange or store credit, no questions asked. Clearance items are not returnable or refundable. All Sale Items refunds are for merchandise only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.The customer must e-mail or call Our Place Tuxedo & Uniform Company for a return authorization code. Items that are returned unauthorized will be placed in holding until an authorization has been established. It is not the responsibility of Our Place Tuxedo & Uniform Company to contact the customer regarding unauthorized returns at any time. Returns must be received in original packaging and in resalable conditions. Products not in resalable condition will not be accepted. A 10% or $4.00 (whichever is greater) handling charges will be applied to restock and resell the product(s). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Special orders not listed on the Web Site are not returnable or refundable.

International Sales
